    I am so out of the loop and finally heard of kombucha like a couple weeks ago!

    I tried one and it was not the flavour for me! However, I love green tea and it has so many benefits on its own! I appreciate all of the benefits and points you have listed.

    I will be buying some for my hubby who has a gastrointestinal disease and could benefit from gut boosters!
